Shipping delay

I am so frustrated. I didn’t spend $118 on hair products for it to not be delivered when y’all said it would be. I ordered on July 3rd and was told it would be here but July 7th. It then pushed back to July 8th and it still isn’t here! I just moved and don’t have a Sephora easily accessible to me but these wait times are even worse than I imagined.  I will find it elsewhere. Don’t give an arrived by date if you cannot guarantee that!
