Shipping delay

Hi there, 

Just wondering if anyone has been experiencing delayin receiving their package via Tforce? My orders were shipped separately. The one shipped via Canada Post which was supposed to arrive later has already arrived, whereas the Tforce one says it has yet to arrive at the facility. My order was made October 29.
