Shipping - canada post

Really disappointed. Although Sephora states it is using other carriers, I just placed my order and received an email stating they are using Canada Post - so I doubt it will be here in time! They are all Christmas gifts. I wish they would tell you this before you pay.

Would it be possible to pick this up instead? If not, then please refund so I can go to the Winnipeg store location.

@MGL07 Once an order has been placed, we're not able to change the shipping method or where it is shipped to. Your order does not appear to be lost.  We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking info for the latest updates. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Since it will not be shipped anytime soon, please cancel my order unless Sephora is actively working on getting another carrier to help (Fed-X).

@MGL07 I regret that once an item has been shipped, it is in the hands of Canada Post, and we are unable to cancel the order. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

@MGL07 We understand your concern. While we've expanded our network to include additional courier services, we want to ensure that every Canadian can access the Sephora products they love. In many areas, Canada Post remains the best–and sometimes the only–option for shipping. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate this situation.
