Shipping by laser ship and samples

The only problem I have with Sephora online orders is the courier they choose to ship

packages. It’s been twice that I have not received a package and it says it’s delivered. I have to call lasership and dnt ask me their customer service sucks you have to hold for ages and then they dnt help you with anything. Online orders also have samples missing too wish they would correct it!
