Shipping and Customer Service has fallen off...

Has anyone else had problems with shipping and customer service in the past few months?

I placed an order 4 days ago and it hasn't even shipped or been assigned a tracking number yet...

Last month it took over 10 days for me to get a package and when I did, items were missing and it was leaking. Customer service said it was UPS's problem. Sephora's shipping used to be really quick and reliable, but something's definitely changed.
