Shipping alternatives during Canada Post strike

Hey everyone!

So I ordered something on Nov 9th and it's shipped but still haven't arrived. Estimated arrival date just got pushed again to 27th :/. One of the lipsticks I ordered cause I liked the swatches, I got a chance to try on in person and absolutely hated it on me! I was wondering, if I get it beyond the 30 day mark, will I still be able to return it? Also I ordered eyeshadows and I've read about defects from people throwing packages. Will I still be able to beyond 30 days?
