Shipping address needs changing ASAP

Hi, I placed an order in the Sephora sale but I’ve had to leave my address urgently. I tried calling Sephora to change my address but they said since the order shipped today they can’t change it and I should try UPS. I thought this would be shipped through USPS who can usually hold packages for 14 days when I’ll be back at my listed address, however it is going through UPS. I spent a lot of time with UPS and they won’t let me change the package address but they said that the sender can change it. Please help, it was $270 and I really don’t want to lose it. Can you please call UPS to change the address???

I'm facing the same problem every single person is telling something!!!! what is this??? the shipping company said i should contact the seller, the seller is telling me to contact the shipping company!!
