Shipping Update

Hello!  I checked through the recent posts and it looks like Sephora is experiencing shipping delays.  Usually I don’t mind but I had the items shipped to my spring break vacation destination and not my home.  My items were supposed to arrive on Friday, 3/31/23 but it shows they haven’t been shipped yet and chat is not available.  I’ll try reaching out directly but has anyone else experienced shipping delays?
