Shipping Delays

I ordered a gift on the morning of November 15th with 3 day shipping.  It is now the 21st and it still says in progress.  There was no warning that deliveries would be delayed otherwise I would have just gone to a store to purchase. I needed the item for a present for someone to give them on Thanksgiving and now I have nothing.  What is also unacceptable is that my account has already been charged the money and there is no way to cancel.  This is very poor customer service in my opinion.

I wish there was a cancel option too! It's one thing if it's $20 but for an order over $100 you can't just go repurchase it somewhere. I like Sephora, but I definitely won't be doing any online shopping with them for Christmas. It probably won't show up until Easter.
