Shipping Delays

I placed my original order mid November and it said it was shipped with delivery date of November 26th. 2 weeks after my order but I’m use to the 2 days shipping. Nothing arrived so I called and they asked well did you call the courier, well no? This is a Sephora issue. Then they said they could re-ship my order with another date two weeks out!! The rep also said everything was in stock! I’ve received only one item out of my order of $240. Not okay!! 
Buyer beware, something has changed with Sephora shipping. I will be contacting management today.

I know it! I ordered Nov 14th, was supposed to arrive Nov 25th. Yet here we are Dec 6th & no updates other than "shipping activity will show when it is reported."  Lmao after these deliveries I think I'm sticking with Nordstrom. Sephora USED to be sooo reliabl

I am so sorry for your order experience and for the delays we are currently experiencing. I see that your order is being shipped in two separate packages as they're being sent from two different distribution centers and we will send you an email as soon as your second package has been shipped.
