Shipping Delays on 3 Day Shipping

Hi,

I’m confused. Isn’t the 3 day shipping supposed to be a member “perk?” This is now the second time I’ve ordered with absurd shipping times. My estimated delivery date was July 6th. I just got an email saying it’s now July 16th. Why? It’s not Black Friday, not a sale, not Christmas. I just don’t understand how as a company you can offer 3 day shipping as incentive to order and blatantly disregard it for every single order? Sephora used to be my go-too for everything but this is a really frustrating. I would’ve gone elsewhere if I had known I’d need to wait a week+ for shampoo.
