Shipping Delay

I ordered last week and the same day my items were stated to be “shipped out”. Then on Thursday I got another email stating my items were on the way. Sephora didn’t get my items out on the timeline they quoted me for. Their own updates on shipping ratted them out. “PACKAGE TENDERED TO UPS ON A DATE THAT IS DIFFERENT THAN ORIGINALLY PROVIDED BY THE SHIPPER” after it stated the package was picked up. On Thursday and Friday of last week the UPS site stated that the item would be here EOD on both days, with it still being in “On the Way” status. I attempted to ask someone on Saturday via the chat I’d they knew of an internal error within the site causing it to not update or any updates they’ve had for me, all they replied with was “it is to be delivered EOD Monday Jan. 16, if not by then, please contact us back. So I contact them Monday as there was ZERO updates on my items and they said “in 48 hours if the items don’t arrive, contact us back”.  I called them out in the lack of communication between their company and the shipping partner along with the lack of real reply about where my items are as I was directed to reach out Monday. The person told me that MAGICALLY all of a sudden, there was a delay in shipping. They lacked to not it was because they didn’t get the item to the shipping partner on time.  Now it’s been sitting in the same status since Saturday and customer support has been next to ZERO help. It wasn’t ordered during a massive sale, it wasn’t ordered during the holidays, so I’m sitting here frustrated with the lack of customer support and lack of products.

I waited the time frame and now UPS states to start a claim because the item and info is unavailable. I am absolutely LIVID with this customer support and answers I’ve gotten.

@mankerhy I'm sorry to hear that the tracking has not updated. I see that you have now been assisted with this by chat.

Yes. They had to resend the items…after talking with almost five different people I had a resolution

Starting to see a pattern. Sephora are you listening to customers? Doesn’t appear as if you care.
