Shipping Delay: Almost One Month

Just ordered something November 15 but its estimated to arrive by December 9th. Thats nearly a months wait. I don’t know if its just me but that seems like an absurd amount of time to wait for a sephora order. I would pick it up in store but its out of stock in my area.

Ordered last night nov 30 and it says January 17 for delivery 😬

@jv8660 The estimated delivery date that was listed on the last page of checkout before placing your order is just an estimate. It is possible your package may arrive sooner.

While an estimated delivery date is provided, please be mindful that most of those changed after the order was placed. Same thing happened to me. Most people are receiving emails days later stating: “An update on your Sephora order (it’s still coming!)” with an apology. I received that email too.

I placed an order on November 10th and still says “in progress”. Estimated delivery date was 11/19 but it hasn’t even shipped yet.
