Shipping Address Invalid?

Recently when I am ready to place an order and check out, it keeps saying my address is invalid when this is my home address and I've shipped Sephora orders there many times before. When I ask online chat to help, they place the order for me, but I don't want to have to do this every time I want to place an order. Help 😞

I'm sorry to hear this! Have you tried saving the address to your "Saved Addresses" in your account? Then, you can try selecting it at checkout. I'll send you a message shortly to follow up.
