Shipper Waiver Authorization Letter

Hello. I need assistance on how to get Sephora Customer Service to provide written authorization waiving their right to pursue a claim on an order that I received from FedEx where the package was damaged and most of my products were missing. Sephora will not refund or replace my items and FedEx denied my claim because I don’t have a shipper waiver authorization form. I’ve been going back and forth trying to get this resolved since the end of December. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

@MissAlicia16 I'm sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your order number or you can contact Sephora privately through Facebook, X or Instagram.

Thanks! I’m not sure how to turn my private messages on and when I tried to message you, I got an error message. I’ll reach out to Sephora through IG.
