Shipped to Wrong Address

Hi!

So I recently purchased a large order during the sale. When I went to check out, I updated my shipping address to my current address but later when I checked if it had shipped out, it showed it being delivered to an old address of mine. Once I noticed, I immediately contacted Sephora about my issue and they said they could not change the delivery address or cancel the order (it had not been shipped out yet). Then once tracking showed it had shipped, I tried to work with USPS and they said my package was not eligible to be "Intercepted" or even held at the local post office for pick up. I then proceeded to work with my the building managers of the old address to see if they could get the package from the mail room. Unfortunately, tracking shows it was delivered on Thursday and as of Monday they have said there is no package there with my name on it.

Long story long, after exhausting all other avenues, I just am curious if there are any other options for me to either get my products that I ordered, or a refund. This girl needs her Makeup by Mario contour stick!!
