Shipped.. but not shipped??

I placed an order on the 27th and on the 28th it said shipped. But when I look to track it, it keeps on saying that the package hasn't reached Canada Post facility yet?? Doesn't that mean that it hasn't actually been shipped yet?? Why would it say shipped when the package hasn't even been given to Canada Post. What a joke.

PS: it's been saying "Tracking details will be available once the package arrives at the Canada Post facility. Please check back soon!" for the past 4 days.

It means its in transit from Sephoras warehouse to Canada post...but you could always call customer service and have them check!

Thanks! I'll maybe wait another couple of days.. seeing that shipping seems to be... delayed for everyone atm lol
