Yes, you can! You would just need to place your order on the Sephora Canada website > https://sephora.ca/ 

If you're using the app, you can switch between the US and Canadian sites by clicking your name/photo icon near the bottom center of the screen, then scroll down to App Settings and select Canada. Please keep in mind that the prices shown on the Candian site are in CAD, not USD. All Beauty Insider members receive free standard shipping.
