I am a little frustrated to learn that Sephora cannot assist me with redirecting my order even though multiple rep's said this could be done. I had called and emailed to address my situation - only later to learn that there is nothing that can be done with Canada Post, your customer service reps should know this information before giving a false information. Now I have wait and hope that my package is refused and sent back to Sephora... even then I have no confidence that Sephora will be able to get my order to me. After receiving my shipping confirmation I called and was given the poor excuse that I would have to call Canada Post myself and redirect the package - thank you once again for giving me the run-around since this is not possible. When all along my package had not even been picked up by Canada post yet - could you not have cancelled it then and there? It's unfortunate that more cannot be done for paying customers - to simply brush aside a customer because you don't want to "deal" with the situation is terrible customer service.
