Shipment Delay

I made a order on April 5th, but it's been 3 days and it still hasn't shipped. Normally it ships within 1-2 days.

 

I went to check on my order and noticed that one of the items that I ordered is out of stock. I'm a little worried that this would be the reason why my order is taking so long to ship.

 

I don't want to wait a few more days only to find out that one of the things I ordered got canceled or something. When I ordered my package nothing was out of stock yet.

 

Has this happened to anyone else before?

@yuzu14 It can take a bit longer during our Savings Events due to high volume. items go out of stock on our website when all of the inventory is allocated to placed orders (such as yours). They go out of stock to ensure additional clients don't order them, as there is no additional inventory to allocate to them. You should receive an email as soon as your order has been prepared for shipment and we appreciate your patience.
