Ship from Canada to US?

I am a VIB and have shipped to my friends in USA many times and their addresses show in my account. I am in Canada. 

I am not able to put in a US address for shipping all of a sudden. 

What am I doing wrong???

Hi @KirstAndre,

If you are shipping an order to the US, the order must be placed on our US website. To switch from our Canadian website to US, please scroll down to the bottom of the web page then select United States under the Region section. You should then be able to enter the US address at checkout.
