Service? Unacceptable.

I'm just about to be done with Sephora. Service has gone so downhill in the last 6 months. I am a VIB with Flash shipping and yet I have had nothing but problems with online orders. I finally decided to order again after multiple trips to my local store only to find the item I wanted was never in stock. Result? A package delivered well after 5pm despite being "out for delivery" at 9am, and a SHATTERED product. I am beyond upset, as this product was a gift and now can not be given on time as I either need to return it in store or mail it back. Sephora services used to be much better than this.

I am sorry this happened to you 😞 but how UPS or other couriers treat packages has not much to do with Sephora. When it says out for delivery is when they load the package on the truck and that truck probably has several other addresses to go to which can take hours. When UPS used to deliver my stuff I didn’t get in until like 4-5pm even tho it said out for delivery in the morning. I just started picking my packages up at the local facility since I usually have other items to pick up I have deadlines on so I don’t have to wait until the end of the day. Hope it gets sorted soon for you
