Seriously leaked product

I bought Lancome advanced genifique glowing skin trio on Oct 30th 2020 during the rouge discount period. It supposed to be a gift for my mom but I didn't meet her because of the pandemic. Therefore I opened the trio and wanted to use the 30 ml concentrate two days ago and found it seriously leaked. And the leaked concentrate was totally dry around the bottle top and neck. The other two products remained intact. From the picture you can see it is definitely the defect design, the bottle neck is loose and concentrat leaked from the top button?!!! It is my first time open the box and I never use any of them.

 

I called Sephora and emailed sephora and they told me that it was my responsibility to check every product when I received it and it exceed 60 day period and they can Do nothing about it.

 

Really?! Is it how you deal with your customer? I have been a Sephora beaty since 2015 and stayed as Rouge since then. I placed orders of about $1,500 every year and I like Sephora because of your considerate service. I am absolutely disappointed at your service this time. 1. The three items in the trio box are all wrapped with paper. Since It is a gift for my mom and I trusted your product so I didn't open them one by one to check anything is damaged.

2. Of course you will open to use the new product when you run out of the old one. People like me who buy a lot skin products every year definitely have stocks at home. It is not weird It will take you about 3 months you will use up the old products.

3. Sephora even didn't ask me for the pictures to know more details but just told me it is your rule?

 

Come on! I am totally honest with you.

I am not asking to give all of them free to me. I mean I want to be treated fairly. If Sephora you are in my position, will you accept your explanation and paid like more than $100 for nothing?!

If it is the service I won't suggest anyone to buy products here and just go other place. Simply because of better return/ exchange service and better deal than 20% off!
