September Hair Sample

Received my order yesterday and was disappointed to see that my hair sample pack was not included. I looked at my order history and it’s conveniently no longer listed on my order?? I know I added it the order, because I specifically spent more than $35 so I could earn it. Did this happen to anyone else???
