Sephoria: we’re begging for transparency…

Almost two weeks since I got an email saying my swag bag was on its way and like many of us, absolutely no movement.

Paid back in July, paid for shipping, and all I get from CS is vague and shady responses. Nobody knows what is going on, at this point keep the samples left over from the rewards bazaar and give me my money back. I‘ve shown brand loyalty when I can purchase from these brands directly and I have been shown no consideration as a customer. 

Do better Sephora, this is unacceptable and Sephora must be held accountable for this complete management of client funds.

Mine said it was going to ship for like 2 weeks and then started moving. It is out for delivery now!!!

I got a response today blaming the shipping company. It’s hard to believe that given FedEx tracking says they haven’t even received the package yet. Transparency from the start would’ve been great.

I seen a few tik toks on what the package was for virtual and it basically was 2 full sized and a bunch of 100 point samples. Hopefully your box gets moving. I have now started buying from the companies directly and get better samples and perks
