Does anyone know when the Sephoria boxes are going to arrive? I have been going crazy because I have no idea when it is arriving, besides the fact it arrives before 29th

This is what is stated.It makes it look as though we will have this before the virtual event. How did we get to them getting to us in November. Please explain.This looks really bad.

Why so late ?I  thought these would be here before the 29th. I don't understand why this was not confirmed when we made the purchase.

that is false advertising!!! I expected to have my swag bag since I preordered in plenty of time for this event!!! Be better Sephora!!! Get your act together!!!

this is my first time and my LAST time purchasing a swag bag. Sephora left out some MAJOR details regarding how long it would take for all of us to get our product after we ordered hence the reason “no refund”. Bad business IMO.

Yes, this is so frustrating. To find out it’s apparently all travel sizes, and not going to get here until November….I thought it would ship beginning of September, arrive before event, and be a mix of full size and travel size. I don’t understand the 4-6 weeks shipping….why is going to take so long??
