Sephoria swag bag!?

hi all—I have still yet to receive a shipping email for my sephoria silver key bag! i can’t get in touch with anyone for answers either… is anyone else in the same situation/have any info?

we’re now a week away from the thanksgiving holiday and i’ve received zero emails about when it will be shipped. i’m so confused!!

It’s so frustrating that we can’t just get an answer. Mods have not been able to provide any actual information. Why would it take so long to ship the swag bags out when they were already made for the event?

I’m in the same situation! All they have told me is 3 weeks 3 weeks but it’s been past 3 weeks!

Me too! I am so disappointed as I keep getting the run around from both the Rouge 800 number; social media; and the email address we were told to use after our sessions were canceled. What did you hear if anything? Thank you!
