Sephoria Pat McGrath Mix-up

I went to Sephoria with a friend. I bought two of the blood red lip kits that was supposed to come with Blood lipstick and Blood glitter. My friend did the same but she bought the gold. Each of our glitters is marked the right color. My glitter is marked blood but when I open it, there's gold glitter in both! My friend's gold marked glitter has red glitter inside. We have both reached out to Pat McGrath with no answer from them. The stores don't carry the product so they can't resolve the issue. I've reached out to Sephora via email. They told me to call. So I called and the customer service rep needed me to explain what Sephoria even was. She kept telling me I needed to take a product purchased in store back to the store and I kept having to tell her that this product came from a special event called Sephoria. Finally she told me she couldn't help me. So, I emailed again and explained the situation and they told me to call again. So I just called and your customer service rep told me to keep checking online until the item gets stocked and then they help me once it is restocked. Isn't this getting a bit ridiculous? It has been weeks. I'm not asking for a refund. I just want the missing glitters.
