Sephoria Canceled session swag

Hello,

 

will these swag bags still be sent to attendees that were scheduled to attend in 9/29?  I have not received any information.  Last email received was asking for name and address 

 

thanks in advance for a response

I asked customer service and they said the bags began shipping Oct 16th and that we would receive a confirmation email once our bag shipped. Hoping to get an unexpected surprise via email soon!! 

(I did confirm she wasn’t talking about the virtual bags too)!

I am still waiting for my swag bag from day 1 as well.

@ceciskincare I'm sorry for the wait! We do expect them to start shipping soon and as soon as yours does, you should receive an email with the tracking.

@ceciskincare The swag bags from the cancelled sessions are expected to ship this week. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery!
