Sephoria Canceled Session Swag Bag - Gold Ticket

Has anyone heard any updates about the swag bags shipping out? I was told by customer service it would happen in the middle of October but now it’s the middle of November. Hoping to hear back as I was really looking forward to some happy mail after Sephora canceled the event.

I never received tracking for mine even though I was promised a swag bag from the day 1 cancelled session. So disappointing especially since other people have received their bags already. Sephora told me if I don’t receive soon they’ll give me 500pts. LOL. Equaling $10 instead of the bag…

The treatment I have received from such a big brand like Sephora is so terrible I think this worse customer service experience ever I have literally sent so many messages to all the emails they provided to us and we still haven’t received any update about the swag bags that we were supposed to receive and they keep delaying the shipments I hope people in the future have better experiences at Sephora
