Hi! Just purchased my tickets but would like some clarity on VIP especially. What’s included in the VIP lounge?

As far as the masterclasses are concerned, will there be a list beforehand of which brands will include gratis for some of the attendees? I know last year there was a bit of discontent over some brands doing it and others not. The session I purchased I’d be interested in the instructions in just the masterclass for one, but the other I have no experience in and probably would prioritize the activations than the class if no gratis will be provided.

One more question on the bag size. Is close okay? I haven’t found anything EXACTLY 4.5”x6.5”

would also love info on the ADA/handicap parking and how that can be reserved since it looks like the Pullman Yards uses an app for parking reservation/costs. Unless parking is included with the ticket prices?

@LaurieBT Could you also pass on to maybe reconsidering the bag size. It has been extremely difficult to find bags that are clear AND match the dimensions requested.

I think the bag requirements were set by the venue/security. I found a couple with fractional differences in size on Amazon for under $10, but I agree they were hard to find. If you’d like I can send you the link(s) if you haven’t already purchased yours!

Hi, I bought a VIP ticket and this will be my first Sephoria. I'm bringing an empty suitcase for the swag bag. Can you or your team tell me/us what size suitcase should be able to accommodate the swag? I'm flying in with a small backpack for the 2 nights and checking an empty bag for the swag bag for VIP ticket for the return.

@Litesugar, in addition to the swag bag associated with your VIP ticket, you will also have the opportunity to collect samples and swag inside Sephoria. We don't have the exact proportions of the swag, but we heard feedback from clients last year who were happy they brought a large bag. I hope this is helpful!

Thank you, I would appreciate that. With mobility aids doing Uber & similar won’t be an option (but will be carpooling with another attendee) so I’d definitely love an update on that specifically when available since ParkMobile doesn’t have reservations available yet and I can’t see a way to reserve an ADA compliant spot through their website. Proximity is pretty important for the most enjoyable and inclusive experience.  Thanks for investigating!

Thank you, I would really appreciate that. As long as there’s adequate accessible parking spots, and these aren’t used as “normal” parking should be fine. Pullman Yards specifies it’s ADA accessible so hopefully it’s fine but I’d definitely appreciate any updates you get!

I sent Pullman Yards an email directly after your reply and no response (from Pullman). Sorry to be a bother, just a little anxious since at this point it looks like Pullman advertises compliance without implementation. I’m glad I asked with plenty of time before the event since it looks like it will be a lot of back and forth. Anything you can do on your end?

I'm curious, what does gratis mean in this scenario? This will be my first in-person Sephoria and I don't understand your question.

Hi! Sorry for the confusion. Gratis within the beauty industry is generally a gift/free product for attending a brand’s class or training.
