I purchased the sephoria virtual key swag. I participated in the virtual event and collected all the lipsticks. I got an email tracking for the swag bag but never received the NFT email or an email about insider points.

Would you be able to help me as well? I haven’t received any emails regarding the NFT claim. I emailed sephoria customer service and was told to email experiential for my gift bag, however, I never heard back from them.

Same! I expected to receive the email on October 5th as the NFT note said. I haven't received my discount. It would be a shame to make us all wait and just pair it with the sale. I feel mislead.

Hi, so sorry to (also) bother with this but you seem to be the most recently active in the matter. I decided to check this platform since it’s past the14-day mark for lipstick and/or NFT redemption period from Virtual Sephoria and I haven’t received anything either. I’ve checked my email and account like a teenager w/ a crush lol
