Sephora won’t take my card

Help! I keep trying to make an order to keep my rouge status but it tells me that I have to check my card and billing information every time I try to check out! Everything is fine with the info since I’ve made many orders before and had no problems. There is sufficient funds! I just want to order my stuff! Please help.
