Sephora won’t refund me for missing items

Sephora won’t refund me for items missing from my order. I recently purchased all 8 new favourites kits and only five were included in the box but whoever packed the box labeled the box as having all eight inside but instead of the three missing favourite kits they put in three kiehls body cream sample sachets (which I did not select as free items). The box was delivered to a courier service and this is why they are saying they won’t refund me. The box arrived completely intact and still perfectly sealed with Sephora tape so I know it wasn’t tampered with. Can anyone help me with wha to do? I’ve lost so much money on this? @TeamBIC @AlexBT @LaurieBT

Just for all other beauty insiders’ information, because I know I searched all the comments looking for answers previously. 
Mods will ask to private message you just to tell you that y oh u are going to be refunded, so it looks like they have helped when the haven’t.

Sephora possibly has the worst customer service out of all companies.

@SarahEire  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your order number. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.
