Sephora website broken and support is useless - way to show love to Rogue!

Can't checkout because your website keeping giving an error that something is out of stock when nothing is marked out of stock. I contacted you about this so Jim went ahead and emptied my cart, didn't fix the problem, disconnected me, and blocked me from using chat again. Problems not fixed and now i'm done with Sephora. What kind of business is this?
