Sephora system

Sephora don’t give any responsibility more than one case ! I once complain about the item missing & I got refund ! (I swear I didn’t lie)And now I complain again about the damaged items ! ( Dior mini lipstick sets all the 3 sets is damaged !) And they told me their system can’t give me any responsibility since they helped me once ! I was like WTH

! So if we experience more than one problem we need to calm & sit down ! Even if the items are missing or damaged ! I used to big fan of Sephora & I bought over 8000 $ last month ! I can’t believe they treat me like that & now I have to say goodbye to Sephora ! 
feel so disappointed !

And the customer service just end my chat even in the middle of conversation! I feel disrespected
