Sephora suspended my account because I order too much

Most orders I have placed in the last month have been cancelled. I spoke with ROse at Sephora that told me my account was suspended because I placed too many "little" orders and was hogging the samples and rewards. I asked her why a 55 dollar palette is considered a little expenditure she disconnected me. Beware  if your orders are being cancelled it is because they are sick of sending you samples and rewards.

RE: Sephora suspended my account because I order too much

That's crazy! Glad they worked it out for you!

Re: Sephora suspended my account because I order too much

Sephora got back to me very promptly. They apologized and clarified that I am welcome to buy from there site anytime. I waited to add this reply until I received my 2 last orders. They shipped and received in less than 3 days. I received my samples with each order which was great. Shipping took no more than 4 days. I also was surprised to learn today that they gave me some very generous compensation for my troubles in the form of more samples, points, and a credit. Thank you Sephora your customer service team has made me a customer for life.

Yay @ibjuju! I'm so glad to hear this 🖤❤

that's no right. like if you've earned status that allows you to have free shipping and they have promotions that have a certain dollar value it shouldn't matter... otherwise what's the point of their free shipping with no minimum

Hi @ibjuju,

I'm sorry to hear this! I'll take a quick look and will send you a private message with more information shortly after.
