Sephora survey points never appeared

Has anyone else had this issue? I filled out the survey over a month ago, which the email said it could be 30 days before the points were in my account. Usually I wouldn’t mind but that was quite the extensive survey, and took almost an hour to complete. Even asking me to break down how much I spend by category at Sephora and competing beauty store providers into percentages.

I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
