Sephora survey for 300 points

I received an invite to complete a sephora survey for 300 points via email. I've completed it, but never received the points. Anyone also received this survey?

It may take up to 30 days for the points to be credited. If it has been past the 30 days, please send me a private message with your registered email address, date the survey was completed, and a screenshot of the survey you received via email.
