Sephora shipping time absolutely sucks

I’m extremely disappointed with Sephora’s shipping times. I placed a very expensive  order on Monday with “3 day shipping” and it’s not set to arrive until NEXT MONDAY. This is the 21st century, if a company wants to compete in online retail they need to ship faster. I’m seriously reconsidering remaining loyal to Sephora. If I had bought my items elsewhere, I would have had them by now.

I agree. One of my orders has never showed up. Then I ordered yet another online only product and it's been 4 days...no tracking what so ever. Customer service offered me 100pts. Which is nice but if I never get my order what's the point of extra points.

I placed an order on April 21 and April 22nd. and nothing has shipped out yet. It is now May 4th.

@KatieBrady @NenaSweet Due to safeguards in place to protect our distribution center employees, we are experiencing significant delays. You can view the expected delivery date and track your order on Sephora.com and in the Sephora app.  Please allow a few additional days from the posted delivery date to allow for processing and carrier delays.  You will receive an email if the delivery date is updated, as well as email confirmation once your order ships. We appreciate your understanding.

Y'all really seem to be the only ones! Ulta shipped my order in a timely fashion. It's a 10 did as well. I placed both of those orders DAYS after my Sephora order and have received my items. My order from Sephora is "in process" since 4/24...I'm about to decide I don't need the products taht badly and go with something else.
