Sephora shipping sucks

I have purchased an order two and a half weeks ago that was $250 , the tracking for the package was not accurate i waited until the estimated delivery date to see if i would receive it and I didn’t so I contacted customer service Monday to see if I could get it shipped by Friday Because I had a party to go to and I wanted to wear my new makeup , they said it was confirmed that it would come Friday so I was excited,  waited and  I still have no package so I’m not very happy honestly considering not ordering again I’m in a area where we don’t have the option to go into store so I’m extremely disappointed. This is not the first time that this happened
