Sephora sent me an empty perfume bottle

I have never had any issues with ordering products from Sephora online...but once I opened up my dolce and gabbana perfume bottle.. I noticed it was empty!!! Was it already used??? This is ridiculous... and to top it off.... it was the rollerball version when I specifically ordered the spray version... Sephora messed up my order big time... very disappointed.. anyone else have this issue???

Recently I made a similar discovery with my facewash. I bought a new bottle of it and found it to be very watery and runny. I thought it was strange and maybe the formula was changed. When I ran out and purchased another bottle, the consistency of it was completely different. It was a thicker gel like texture and it had a stronger smell. I am now convinced mine was tampered with. Next time I purchase product I will make sure there is the plastic film seal on it. Definitely makes me uneasy when I am putting it on my face and body.
