Sephora sent me an empty box?!

I’m kinda flabbergasted and really disappointed in Sephora. Sephora is my primary place to buy makeup and skincare and when I usually order online, it’s been seamless. I feel like that trust is gone. 

I received my package today. One of my items I purchased was from the brand NUDESTIX. The brand packages their items in a black metal case. Well, to my surprise: when I opened the closed case (which was also in a plastic packaging sleeve), it was totally empty. Nothing had come loose in the box and the rest of my items I had ordered were accounted for. 

important to note: the cardboard box all my items were shipped in was completely untampered with. This occurred on Sephora’s end. 

What can I do?
