Sephora sale code won’t work

• I was trying to use the code to use the sale and every time it says it hasn’t started yet but everyone else is using there code and it’s working so if anyone can help please do

I hate the way they marketed this. I was also so confused and had even read the fine print of terms  as soon as they texted me the code.
