Sephora rewards

Hi, im posting this to share my frustration with Sephora rewards, I have been waiting A MONTH for that Ouai beach bag and bathing suit reward and I was sitting on the app since 11:50 ET and everything was sold out when I refreshed at 12... I think it’s such BS that they go this fast. I was going to spend decent money as well with redeeming these points and now I don’t really want to... I have never really wanted anything from the rewards before, this is the first time I was checking EVERY Tuesday and Thursday and it was like 15 seconds (if that) after 12 that they were gone. So upsetting. I guess I will continue to hoard my points..

I'm sorry for the trouble in redeeming your points for the rewards that you would like. Our higher point rewards are imited in quantity, and I understand this can be disappointing. Please know that the Rewards Bazaar updates every Tuesday and Thursday between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST. Your feedback is always welcome, and I will share your feedback with the appropriate team. Thank you for being able to send the feedback to the appropriate team. I know the times the rewards gets posted I just have to check it in my time zone which is EST so I don’t know if this is making a big difference but I am checking at the appropriate time for my time zone. But I appreciate the help!

I feel your pain on the frustration of redeeming good rewards. I finally got one I really wanted about a week ago - on a Wednesday. I don't know if they added extras or someone cancelled, but I wish you the best of luck getting something awesome!

Yes I know what time gets posted at. 9AM Pacific time is 12PM eastern time so I am checking it at the correct time. Thanks.
