Sephora rewards sucks

I literally waited until 9 am pt until the reward I wanted was released and immediately added to my cart and tried to check out. It took literally less than 3 seconds and it was already out of stock, like WTF sephora. I swear they play favorites,  it's like the good rewards are out of stock before they are even released. BIG F U to sephora its not ok to do that. Every single time without fail this happens. I have points to spare but it's like they don't want anyone who isn't an influencer to have the good stuff, Ulta is better at this point.

I agree. I love Sephora, but their reward program is horrible. I did the same thing! Had an alarm, had the item in my cart and in less than 1-2 mins it was sold out and wouldn’t let me check out.  

Why add a reward with such a low inventory count? It’s such a horrible experience to wait for items you want, only to lose it in TWO minutes. 

I MUCH prefer the flexibility of Ulta Rewards. I wish they’d revamp this program. For now, just sitting on my points and will redeem for a gift card, as the rewards bizarre is not worth the hassle and disappointment.
