Sephora refusing to refund for return

I bought for $85 a sample kit where you pick the perfume you want out of the samples and then they send you a 1.7 oz bottle of perfume. After a couple weeks I got migraines so I sent it back, they accepted the return and it said refund 0.00. I inquired online and they said the sample kit was what cost $85 (the mini samples you pick from) but that’s not true the big bottle for example it was Prada Paradox is what I returned and I believe I should be credited the $85 so I can get a perfume that doesn’t cause me migraines. Super disappointed @sephora especially after shopping here over 20 years and a rogue member

I'm sorry for any misunderstanding. All of the fragrance samplers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The full size fragrance is redeemed at no cost with a voucher, and it's not a regular merchandise item. It cannot be returned or exchanged. I'm happy to take a look further and I'll send you a message shortly.
