Sephora refusing to refund a missing package

Unfortunately I had a horrible customer service experience. I have never had any issues with Sephora in the past being. I was a longtime customer but during the recent annual sale, I placed an order for $260, and when my package was marked as delivered, I went outside. It was nowhere to be found as well as I looked at the photo left as proof of delivery and it was not my front doorstep. I called reached out over customer service and emailed them each and every time I was denied a refund do to it being marked as “delivered”. Needless to say do not shop with Sephora if you frequently have packages that are delivered to the wrong address or if you’re worried about that being a possibility. Do better Sephora!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I had known this when I purchased through them!! I usually but online but made an account since I realized I didn't have one and ordered a high priced item. Now, they're refusing refund, replacement and even credit!! I have been going to Sephora for YEARS. i have never seen this from other companies and I am so disappointed. I am never ordering from them again. I'm now out $300 and idk what to do except file for a police report

Try again. To be quite frank I don't believe you would be able to help me since no one seems to be able to. If you can't help me, then I'm filling a police report

Fortunately, I figured out how to turn on my private messaging. If you send me a private message, I should be able to get it.

it will not let me private message you it just says page not available every time I try to private message you as well as I am not able to figure out how to turn on my private messaging. What should I do from here?
