Sephora refuses to replace missing item in packages

I am extremely frustrated and annoyed over a missing item that sephora will not replace or refund. In the recent sale I spent almost $700 in product and one item was missing. This seems to be a common occurrence with Sephora and from reports in this forum Sephora seems to be giving the same reason for refusing to refund/replace.

 

when I checked the package and realized one item was missing I reached out immediately and was told that they could not reship because of help on previous orders.

 

I should not be responsible for incorrect / missing  items that Sephora ships out. I will not let them stress me out over this. I am so disappointed and will not shop with Sephora again.

Oh no. I am going through the same thing and it is stressing me too. I am so disappointed with Sephora 😞
