Sephora points stolen

On December 16, after making a purchase and redeeming two 100-point rewards, I had 1443 points.  Today I logged in to my account and saw I now have 531 points.

 

I checked my rewards redemption history page and saw that someone redeemed two 500-point rewards (Peter Thomas Roth and Nars) on December 17 at the Sephora Miracle Mile in Las Vegas, NV.  I live on the east coast, was not in Las Vegas yesterday, and did not redeem these rewards.  There are no fraudulent purchases in my purchase history - just rewards redemption.

 

I did not redeem these rewards and would like my 1,000 points back.

How did this turn out for you if you don’t mind me asking? I just logged in to purchase items during the sale and noticed my points seemed off. Someone, or multiple someones, recently went on a fraudulent points redeeming spree with my account for a total of 2,400 points...that I know of. Our online accounts only let us go so far back to view transactions. Also mostly west coast redemptions, while I live on the east coast. A few were at my own “home store,” sadly. I emailed customer service, and am awaiting a response.
